Prices
Flower prices are naturally subject to seasonal and regional fluctuations.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
All flower prices quoted by us in Switzerland include VAT. Orders for delivery abroad are exempt from VAT.

Card
If a card message is provided but no CHF 6.– card is selected in the shop, the amount of CHF 6.– will be deducted from the flower value.

Accuracy of the Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided, including the telephone number, is correct and complete. We cannot be held liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional delivery trips may be charged to the customer.

Subsequent Changes or Cancellations
For changes to orders that have already been transmitted or for cancellations of such orders, the customer may be charged any incurred costs (up to the order value).

Data Protection
The protection of your privacy is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of data protection and security. Your personal data is only used for processing your orders. Your email address and personal information are treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.

In our online shop, orders are processed via an order form. The information entered therein is used for delivering your order, issuing the invoice, and—if necessary—contacting you for inquiries. It is not used for any commercial purposes.

To optimise our website and improve customer experience, we use web analytics tools. However, only anonymous usage data is recorded, such as the browser used.

Your credit card details are not stored. At the end of the ordering process, they are transmitted directly to the credit card company via an encrypted connection and validated.

SSL Encryption
When placing an order via our online shop, you must enter sensitive data (address, credit card number, etc.) into the forms. The transmission of this data between your browser and our servers is secured through encrypted SSL connection.

Cookies
The use of so-called "cookies" is often a topic of discussion. They are generally used to ensure the smooth functionality of the shopping cart, to identify the user during the purchase process, or even when revisiting a website.

When ordering products via our online shop, no cookies are used to collect personal data. The data entered by users on blumenkraemer.com is temporarily stored on the server side. Upon visiting our site, a session is generated. This sets a cookie on your device that contains only a temporary identification number.

Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zürich.
